Valentine’s Day is an excellent time for people to recognize heart disease and the havoc it wreaks on the US population. According to recent Orange County register article it is estimated at 80 million people suffer from heart disease in the US. Coronary artery disease is the most common in the US. This can lead to heart attack which can be fatal. Most of the risk of heart disease can be reduced through lifestyle changes and diet. The lifestyle changes include but are not limited to quitting smoking, exercising regularly, and losing weight. It is also recommended that people follow a low-fat diet that is also low in sodium. Dr. O’Toole explains to his patients that even those patients who are in excellent health have a desire to look as youthful as they can. Unfortunately for some patients their face looks much older than me feel. These patients tell Dr. O’Toole that people often think they are tired when they’re really well rested and feel great. Dr. O’Toole recommends a facelift, brow lift, and blepharoplasty as an option for helping patients to reduce the appearance of aging on their face. The average patient will typically look about 10 years younger than their real age. These procedures are an excellent value because the patient will usually always look at least 10 to 15 years younger than their real age.
